I went to the Tower Chrysler with my sister-in-law. She needed a new set of wheels! We didn’t know what she wanted as she wanted something that was kitted out but then reasonably priced. We were seen by Garrett. What an amazing customer service experience we had! He took over 2 hours on the forecourt, showing us a different car. The sun was blazing but he didn’t let this put him off! He went through the specifications and narrowed down our search for us. I’m so pleased. We have received the best experience and he was so calm and such a great listener.
